Hometown vet was perfect when we had to put Meatball down. We checked in and were allowed to wait in our vehicle until the room was ready so it was as stress-free as possible for him. When they called us in the vet tech was very kind and sweet to us and Meatball. They explained everything well and gave us plenty of time with him. The complimentary memorial box is the absolute sweetest thing ever! His pawprint, some fur, and for-get-me-not “In Memory ” flower seeds were everything included inside the box. Then 1 week after the visit we received a sweet card from the whole office. Seriously they best end-of-life care our buddy could have had! Thank you and we will recommend you to everyone!

Had a great experience today. Love the makeover inside and love that I’m allowed to go in with my cat if I mask. The veterinarian I saw was fantastic, and so was the vet tech. Much better experience than in previous years. Thank you for treating Mort so well.
